Hi Trent - I got up this morning and read the post you left on my portfolio and just had to come leave one on yours as well. You have some very powerful stories to share, I'm glad you decided not to drop this class.
ReplyDeleteTo comment on your comment...(hope that made sense :-)), I too dislike anyone who doesn't know the heart dropping moment of opening a graded essay to find a grade less than expected! Also, if it wasn't for your comment on the e-portfolio discussion board, I think my reflection letter would look considerably different. Thank you for that, because of you I think it's a stronger, more enjoyable piece. And finally, thank you for sharing the story about your Mom's baked Alaska, and yours about cutting the extension cord while trimming the hedge! I am going to share that with my Mom - she'll get a kick out of it!
